副井井筒与井底连接处破坏特点及原因探讨

摘要: 通过对20个副井井筒与井底连接处破坏实例调查,发现其在设计、施工过程中存在对地质条件掌握不够、结构不合理、设计瑕疵、施工不规范等问题;对其破坏形式进行总结分类,并分析了破坏特点;从地质条件、结构、设计、施工方面探讨了副井井筒与井底车场连接处破坏的原因;研究认为大多数副井井筒与井底连接处的破坏是可以预防和避免的。

Abstract: Through the survey of 20 engineering projects of corrupted joint of shaft and shaft bottom, we found some problems such as the lack of geological conditions、unreasonable structure、design flaws、non-standard constructions exist in the process of design and construction. This paper summarized the engineering project’s damage form, and analyzed the damage characteristics, discussed the reasons of damage from the geological conditions、structure、design、and construction, the analysis showed that most of the damage of joint of shaft and shaft bottom can be prevented and avoided.
